The Intelligence Agency of Mpya Stedor, or the I.A.M.S. is one of the more notorious agencies of Kaliphlin. They are founded by Lord Damaximus and Lord Max Samu and their headquarters is Everlast, a hard to find outpost of Kaliphlin near the borders of Nocturnus.
Recently, the I.A.M.S. became quite unpopular by the Avalonians, some Mitgardians and Nocturnians and even some Kaliphlins. This was the result after the I.A.M.S. openly declared their support to the Drow.
To develop the I.A.M.S., the Guild of Amenor (notorious for their influence and intelligence agencies) helped Lord Max Samu, who is in control of the I.A.M.S. with masters and knowledge.
But not only spies and scouts are trained here, also assassins, gladiators and mercenaries. The I.A.M.S. has one of the best training-infrastructures in Historica and their recruits are real acrobats the moment they get their first task.
Their attitude[]
The I.A.M.S. was founded to secure the power of Mpya Stedor in Historica. But as Mpya Stedor has no territorial interests, it is more to ensure the diplomatic power. And the easiest way for that is to know the secrets of their enemies and to eliminate threats.
But already the first week after it was founded, Lord Damaximus found it wiser to make it a Kaliphlin agency. So the I.A.M.S. reports (almost) all of their deeds to High Lord Dextrus Flagg of Kaliphlin and asks permission to him before they will strike.
Also they started co-operating with other Kaliphlin agencies.
The I.A.M.S. is not affraid to use their power if they feel that the freedom of Kaliphlin is in danger.
